Tensions are soaring along the Lebanon-Israel border after two Lebanese civilians were killed in a fresh Israeli airstrike targeting a bulldozer in Zebqin, southern Lebanon.

This follows a series of drone attacks and grenade drops in nearby towns, intensifying fears of a wider conflict.

The strikes come just days after U.S. Deputy Envoy Morgan Ortagus visited Lebanon for high-level talks.

Lebanese Prime Minister Nawaf Salam condemned the attacks, calling them a blatant violation of Lebanese sovereignty and UN Resolution 1701.
